The Alatau City Authority (ACA) is a special administrative body established under the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Special Legal Regime of the City of Alatau.”
We implement government policy and create the conditions for the long-term development of Alatau City as one of Eurasia's future economic and investment hubs.
