On 30 September 2026, as part of the LP & GP Summit 2026, Alatau City Authority and Alem Capital Management Limited, acting as General Partner of Alem Ventures Fund, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on attracting investment into the technology and digital projects of Alatau City.
The key areas of the partnership will be projects in artificial intelligence, Smart City solutions and tokenised instruments.
The parties intend to jointly identify and assess promising investment opportunities and to support the delivery of projects in Alatau City. Specific projects, financing volumes and structures, the composition of participants and delivery timelines will be defined separately as the work progresses.
The cooperation is aimed at creating an additional channel for attracting investment capital into the technology ecosystem of Alatau City, including opportunities in AI solutions, digital urban infrastructure and tokenisation instruments.
