Senior Manager of Urban Planning and City Development Department

Location: 5 Yuriy Pomerantsev Street, Almaty. Full-time, on-site, 5/2 schedule.

Requirements

• A university degree in urban planning, architecture or a related field from a reputable/recognised university.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in urban planning, architecture and territorial development.
• A proven track record of contributing to the preparation and delivery of master plans for territories and cities.
• Experience delivering large-scale urban and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project management and in engaging with government bodies, consultants, investors and other stakeholders is an advantage.
• English at C2 level — fluent spoken and written English.
• Team leadership skills, along with the ability to coordinate project teams and engage with key stakeholders.
